Meta Says App Stores Should Police Australia Under-16 Social Media Ban

Australia will impose a ban on social media for people aged under 16 despite calls by Meta Platforms for it to consider shifting responsibility for policing. The legislation will be brought before parliament in the week beginning November 18.
